The 10th Quarterly Meeting of International Martial Arts Times Magazine was held on August 8, 2010 at AL-Dubai Hotel Meeting Hall main sea view Clifton Karachi Pakistan under the Supervision of Chief Editor & Publisher Dr. Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi.

At this meeting Grandmaster Alexander Maltabarov was elected as International Martial Arts Times Magazine Representative for Belarus. Also were elected New Representatives: Grandmaster Mehdi Zand for England (UK), Grandmaster Taron Abrahamyan for Armenia, Grandmaster Boris Krivokapic for Serbia, Grandmaster Shaker Saberi for Afghanistan.
